David F. Stoddard graduated from Clemson University in 1982 and University of South Carolina school of Law in 1985.
He served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Tenth Judicial Circuit from 1986 - 1994. He practiced law in the Waldrep & Stoddard firm from 1994 - 2006 and has been in Solo Practice since 2006.
His practice is primarily a trial practice including criminal defense, personal injury and domestic practice.
