Attorney Ajay Gupta

Ajay Gupta is the founder of Gupta Legal Services. Mr. Gupta received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in May, 1997 triple majoring in Economics, Psychology and Chinese. In May 2005, Mr. Gupta received his JD degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Prior to beginning his legal education, Mr. Gupta was an entrepreneur and a land developer. He founded an information technology consulting firm in 1998 and developed successful business relationships with many large clients including Ford Motor Company, Compuware, and Delphi Automotive.
Mr. Gupta's practice focuses on bankruptcy, foreclosure and business laws. His experience includes bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate development, drafting LLC and shareholder agreements, assisting with capital financing, and handling membership / shareholder matters. Mr. Gupta currently advises several companies on corporate governance.
