Michael Zdancewicz has been practicing law in Arizona since 1988. He was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania, attended the Pennsylvania State University; and obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. Mr. Zdancewics earned his law degree, cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane Washington.

He has worked in law firms and as a sole practitioner he has represented private and public corporations, individual creditors and debtors, government agencies, local, regional and national financial institutions. I have experience representing a wide base of client interests. His practice is now focused on creditor's rights and commercial litigation.

Early in his career, Mr. Zdancewicz gained significant knowledge representing federal agencies in all aspects of closed-bank litigation. He has considerable experience with the enforcement of debt instruments; foreclosure and receivership of real property. Mr. Zdancewics represented creditors, debtors and trustees in proceedings under Chapter 11 and Chapter 7, and receivers appointed in Federal Court to collect judgments arising out of securities litigation. He has also represented contractors and suppliers in all aspects of construction litigation. Mr. Zdancewicz has successfully asserted bond claims against sureties and pursued lien foreclosure litigation on behalf of suppliers and contractors.
