Live Video Rebroadcast CLE Seminar
Recovering the Full Value
with a Settlement Documentary
November 14, 2012
Are you fed up with adjuster-based cookie cutter formulas dictating the values of your cases? Do you feel your settlement demands are being tossed to the bottom of the stack? It's not easy to recover non-economic damages, and almost impossible to do so with traditional printed means. A professionally produced, case presentation settlement documentary will breath life into your plaintiff's claims in a way the printed word never will.
The adjuster will witness firsthand the contrast in your clients' lives, and will better understand what awaits at trial. This seminar explains in detail using "real world" examples how you can put the power of video to work for your settlement negotiation. It enhances the value of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims, and brings to life both liability and damages. Stop leaving money on the table at mediation.
By attending this class attorneys will be better equipped to maximize their chances to recover.
